I grow, I forage, I cook from scratch (any other way?), I preserve (can, pickle, ferment, freeze, jam, dry, smoke etc), I teach, I cook for others (everyday cookery including special diets, dinner parties & small events). In rural Rappahannock County, in the foothills of the Shenandoah mountains and the headwaters of the Rappahannock River.
