I'm Naomi, a Canadian mountain girl transplanted in Slovakia. I love figuring out to make weird things tasty, braving thorns and stings to forage a wild plant, and doing it all as simply as possible.
I blog about real/traditional food and Slovakia at www.almostbananas.net
This is made from both stinging nettle and wild ramps, resulting in a pesto that is addictive and delicious. It's also dairy free, although of course you can use dairy instead. This is my favourite way of eating nettle!
