Mayonnaise so luscious you won't know whether to eat it or smear it all over your body. (Just keep that to yourself, though.)
Make yogurt, sour cream, buttermilk, kefir, lassi... ALL OF IT. No heating, one container... Seriously, if you find an easier recipe, you need to tell me.
