Ever since I bought Dan Leader's "Local Breads" I've been fancying the ricotta bread recipe - so I made my own ricotta.
I made 3 jams containing different berries:
- Blueberry Rhubarb Lime Jam
- Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
- Sea-Buckthorn Jam
