Wild Kousa Dogwood Jelly
I must confess I've never even heard of this fruit, which Amy Wexler
aptly describes as "a large, bumpy, red fruit that looks like a strawberry on steroids with cherry stems." And it makes a delicious jelly. Who knew?
KY Jelly Is My New Jam
This delightful essay by my friend Michael Procopio
is sure to make you chuckle, if not guffaw. But it's more than just an amusing read; he includes a recipe for his own recipe for what he would fancy a Kentucky Jelly.
