Seville Orange Marmalade has been on my radar since I began canning this fall. I eagerly swapped for a jar of Seville Marmalade at the Preserve Swap I attended as I wanted a point of departure from which to base my Marmalade Mis-adventures.
I love marmalade. Once a year I get to capture a little citrus heaven. That & I’ve been watching to much Downton Abbey. This year I'm blending classic Seville oranges & blood oranges for a unique fruity flavor & aroma, with a towel-snapping bite.
Vin d'Orange is a bitter liquor made with Seville Oranges. It is easy to prepare, requiring the mixing of a few ingredients and allowing it to sit for two weeks to allow the spices and orange zest to infuse the wine and vodka.
