Ciccioli is Italy's version of the French charcuterie confection rillettes. Traditionally made from the 'leftover bits' - ciccioli is a terrific creation which incorporates lush, fatty pork with crispy pig skin, white wine and a bit of chili flake.

An easy recipe for a great stew that can be heated up in a pinch for dinner. Some great meat and the best produce of the garden and you have created the start of something fantastic. A great "almost" meal in a jar is a perfect addition to the pantry.
