I decided to go for a hike and try my hand at making some white pine needle tea to get me geared up for the spring foraging season.
Pine needles are loaded with Vitamin C. When they are combined with raw honey, they make a great syrup for coughs and colds, or for breakfast dishes!
I can't wait for the berries to ripen! I am testing out a free mulch for the strawberry patch this year--pine needles.
