In the Northeast, cold weather hearty greens crops are currently in full swing. Heather shows us another way to use chard: dehydrated chard chips. When dehydrated at a low setting, it’s a raw food with plenty of nutrients like vitamins A, K, and C.
These kale chips are easy to prepare, and disappear almost as fast as you make them. Nutritional yeast adds a cheese like flavor to the vegan and gluten friendly snack in addition to contributing extra nutrients. Enjoy!
