Grape Jelly is easier to make than you might think. Start with fresh grapes, cook with sugar, let the mixture sit overnight and then continue to process it the next day. This is far better than any grape jelly you'd buy at the grocery store!
When I'm elbow-deep in the harvest there is never enough time! Fortunately jelly and jam making fruit can be frozen for a bit of off-season preserving; it's also a great way to take the chill out of a winter kitchen!
