Grand Marnier

Prune plums, dried apricots, cinnamon, walnuts and a splash of Grand Marnier are all you need in this conserve. Perfect for the holidays, it's brimming with rich flavours and textures.

This is peach blueberry jam with a hint of orange liqueur and set using Pomona' Pectin. Pomona's was surprisingly forgiving to someone who was too tired to follow instructions when canning late at night.

Homemade grenadine is really easy to make, it adds a little more zing than the store bought kind. When I tasted it I wasreally surprised how much it tasted like the real thing. A little less syrupy, more flavorful version of the real thing.
