This fresh twist on traditional cranberry sauce includes jalapenos and mint. The flavors do not overwhelm - the jalapeno provides a slight heat and paired with the mint it's a lovely, vibrant contrast with the tart juicy berries. Good for canning!
Nothing says "My cranberry sauce is better than yours" when you've gathered the garnet-hued beauties from a wild bog. I'm telling you this now b/c it might take some research to find a bog you can comb through this fall. Worth it.
