Super easy sugar free banana and ginger jam/spread that is healthy and tastes just yummy!
This tiny-batch banana jam is sugar free and spiced up with citrus, vanilla, cardamom, and clove.
I've wanted to make banana jam for quite sometime well luck would have it that my local farmers market had bags of seconds on bananas. So here is my newest favorite creation.
Bananas in a jam? Yes, indeed! This recipe works equally well with lingonberries (aka lowbush cranberries) or true cranberries.
The only thing missing is the vanilla ice cream! This jam is simply DIVINE with the subtle cinnamon and brown sugar flavors and the perfectly ripened bananas.
Wanna try something unique and different? Let me tell you, I LOVE it! It reminds me of one of my favorite all-time desserts, Bananas Foster and is GREAT as the J in a PB&J.
